AGM technology

AGM stands for Absorbent Glass Mat. With this battery technology, the electrolyte is held in glass-fibre mats between the plates. Use a charging profile suitable for AGM and follow the charging voltage specified by the manufacturer or vehicle.

Check before replacement or application

Before installation, always compare the required voltage, capacity, dimensions, terminal layout, connections and base hold-down with the existing battery or the specifications of the vehicle or device. Equal capacity alone is not sufficient to determine interchangeability.
